Vibrant red flowers held high above the leaves create a spectacular attention capturing display. Sure to please any pond plant lover. This one comes highly recommended for nearly any size pond. Hybridized by Slocum in 1994 Hardy to zones 4-11. Best to plant in no-hole container at least 4 gallons or bigger. Large lotus. Dark pink almost red semi double blooms of 6-11 inches. Height 4-6 feet. Medium to large spread. Good for medium to large ponds. Will grow in water 3 inches up 4 feet deep. Extremely dark striking flower.
