PondCare® Microbial Algae Clean

PondCare® Microbial Algae Clean An Alternative Approach to Algae Control MICROBIAL ALGAE CLEAN is the first beneficial bacterial algaecide registered with the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency). This product contains patented bacteria to control green water algae in ponds with live fish and plants. The bacteria help establish and maintain a clean pond, free of algae. They also help improve dissolved oxygen levels and reduce noxious odors from the pond. Biological inhibitor of green water algae. Promotes a cleaner pond environment. Eliminates troublesome organic sludge and debris. Will not harm aquatic plants like bogs ponds, Hardy water lilies or Tropical water lilies. Safe for Koi and other pond fish as well.

The bacteria in Microbial Algae Clean helps establish and maintain a clean pond, free of algae. Also helps improve dissolved oxygen levels and reduce noxious odors from the pond.

Directions for Use

It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. For synthetically lined ornamental ponds and water gardens only, where all water is contained without any outflow.

Shake Well. Add to the pond, one teaspoon (5 ml) for each 50 gallons or 1/4 cup (60 mL) for each 600 gallons twice a week for the first 2 weeks, and then add once a week to maintain control of green water algae (Chlorella).

Environmental Hazards  Do not apply directly to water other than that in your synthetically lined ornamental pond. Do not use this products on plants intended for food or feed. Do not feed treated plants to livestock or domestic animals.

Storage and Disposal  Store between 40°F and 95°F. Disposal: If empty: Non-refillable container: Do not use or refill this container. Place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.
